It's understandable if you've been frustrated trying to find decorative hardware for vanity tops and kitchen counters. 

Most decorative hardware is wall-mounted. It makes sense; hardware mounted to walls prevent accidents from spills to burns. It's one reason why we decided to make candle holders and incense stick holders to be wall-mounted only.

However, it's not always possible to drill into a wall. As we've noted in other posts, landlords might prohibit it or you might want to preserve your walls.
