Question: What happens if I am missing parts for installation?
Answer: Please contact our customer service team at 540-967-5970 or sales@alliedbrass.com and we will get you back on track immediately.
Question: How will my order be shipped?
Answer: All of our domestic orders will ship via Fedex, UPS or USP.
Question: Where are your products manufactured?
Answer: All of our products are made to order in our factory in Louisa, VA. We use components from both domestic and global suppliers for our raw materials. All of our finishing and assembly operations take place in our Louisa, Va facility.
Question: Do you offer any custom finishes?
Answer: We can offer a few options for custom finishes. We can use any powder coated product to finish any of our products. You can find a complete assortment of colors on many different powder coating supplier websites. The site we generally recommend is https://www.prismaticpowders.com/ where a tremendous assortment of colors can be found. We can also provide a combination of finishes from our standard finishes. For example you can combine satin nickel and polished brass on the same item.
